• Discovery - Consultation into client requirements and expectations followed by on site assessment.

• Analysis & strategy - Delivery of a prioritised jargon free safety report identifying vulnerabilities with recommendations for rectification.

• Implementation - A further consultation on the operational needs of the client in order to implement any recommendations, here further assistance to be provided can be discussed. eg. in generating risk assessments and method statements, record keeping, staff or management training or the provision of health surveillance.
